1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with the 98bdt platform ("Site", "Service"). By accessing this site, registering, or using any service, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using this site. 98bdt reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and any updated version will take effect as soon as it is published on the site.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to create an account at 98bdt:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must provide accurate and complete personal information.
• Each individual may operate only one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential.
• Operating an account on behalf of another person or using another person's funds is not permitted.

If any information provided at registration is found to be false or misleading, 98bdt reserves the right to suspend or close that account, and the associated balance may be forfeited.

3 Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure a safe and transparent service, 98bdt may request identity verification from you at any time. The following documents may be required in this process:

• A copy of your National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used.

Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold until the verification process is complete. This is done for the protection of the user.

6 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. Depositing ৳22,000 or more gives the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳32,000.

• The bonus applies to the first deposit only, and only once.
• The time limit for meeting wagering requirements is stated in each bonus offer.
• All slots and certain table games can be played using bonus funds.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• 98bdt reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer.

7 VIP & Cashback Program

98bdt's VIP program has four tiers. Based on your regular play, you move up to higher tiers and receive weekly cashback:

• Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Cashback is automatically credited to your account at the end of each week. VIP tier cashback has no separate wagering requirements.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 98bdt platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other elements — is protected under the intellectual property rights of 98bdt or the respective content providers.

• Reproducing or distributing any content other than for personal use is prohibited.
• The 98bdt logo or trademarks may not be used without prior permission.
• The intellectual property of game software providers (such as Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Evolution Gaming) is also protected.

11 Privacy Policy
